![](/uploadfile/201302/20130222113831538.jpg) Applications --Agricultural field: For mixing of pesticide, chemical fertilizer, breading material and additives. --Foodstuff industry: For mixing of wheat flour, cereal grain, milk powder, spice, coffee and salt etc. --Material draying: To dry powder material. -- Chemical industry: For mixing of medicines, cosmetics, detergent, paint, resin, glass silicon and dying material, plastic and additive etc. Performance features -The mixer suits to the mixing of solid-solid powder(grain size 300~2000 μm) and solid-liquid material (with liquor content﹤15%), with special s leeve device, and can be used as dying equipment. --The mixer features double-stage and twin-shaft speed reducer that makes the mixer more compact and good looking as well as convenient operation. --The conical cylinder has proper taper to maintain the material flowing out freely. --The mixer is well designed for its internal structure so that the spiral part operates reliably with very convenient maintenance. --Fast mixing speed: 10 minutes for general powder. -- Manual, electric and hydraulic modes optional for material discharge. Working principle The spiral shaft in the cylinder rotates quickly to raise the feeding material, to form a spiral material flow from top to down. At the same time, the rotary arm leads the spiral shaft for universal revolution. Materials along the spiral shaft enter into the envelope of spiral stud. Part of material is lifted and the other part goes out of the spiral stud, thus obtaining material exchange and dispersion. The lifted materials are concentrated in the center to form a downward material flow for the compensation of bottom material. In this way, a material circulation forms. Due to the exchange of up-and-down material, materials are well mixed. Three mixing functions 1. The mixing screw bolt rotates along its axial line and lifts material continuously 2. The mixing screw bolt rotates along the conical cylinder for circular movement. 3. Materials fall down from the screw bolt to the location opposite to the material trough, to complete three-time mixing.

When material ratio ρ﹤0.6 x 103kg/m3, each inventory ω=ρ material x V machine x 0.6(kg) When material ratio ρ≥0.6 x 103kg/m3, each inventory ω=600 x V machine x 0.6(kg) 3. Our company produce asymmetric twin-spiral cone mixer with parameters identical to that of single spiral conical mixer.
