BME high-shear mixing emulsifier Applications The man application of BME high-shear mixing emulsifier refer to production process of decomposition, dissolution, dispersion in petrochemical engineering, chemical engineering, textile and foodstuff industries. The emulsifier features multiple functions and pure mixing principle and common utilization that raise the mixing efficiency.Performance features-- The emulsifier suits to the mixing of liquor—liquor, liquor—solid mixing. --- There are two types of the emulsifier. One is BME-1 for normal pressure operation. The other is BME-5 for pressured and enclosed condition. Customer can select any type of them according to need.
(1) Round stator head: Suits to common mixing and the smashing of big grains. The round hole offers optimal circulation of high viscosity material current. (2) Square stator head: The long hole provides large area of surface shearing force which suits to the smashing of medium-size grains and the mixing of medium-grade viscosity liquor. The device can be used for emulsion and equalization for its good circulation and high shearing force performance. (3) Compound stator head: The perforated compound screen offers maximum shearing function. Strict emulsion and mixing requirement can be satisfied for fine powder soliquoid, which suits to low-viscosity liquor mixing and dissolution of small grains. (4) Push-down spiral: The specially designed push-down propeller can be matched on the rotating shaft to enhance circulation and mixing of light particle with related substance. The paddle can be adjusted according the liquid level.
Working principle Driven by motor, the high-speed rotator brings the substance to the rotator zone from the bottom of the container. Due to strong mixing function, material is forced to pass through the gaps of rotator and stator and finally go out of the stator hole. Due to strong mechanical and surface shearing function, grains are well mixed and smashed. At the same time, new incoming materials are abstracted to the rotator center and change its direction so as to begin a new circulation.Technical specifications
