Filter Bag series The filtering bag is the key part of polishing bag filter. Our company provides high-quality filter bags to ensure identical filtration. The filter bag is made of fiber material such as polypropylene, polyester, tetrafluoroethylene, nylon, wool, with filtering accuracy 1-1000μm. Selection of the filters depends on different medium, chemical resistance and temperature –resistance demands as detailed in the following table:

260 | Note: Δ good performance According to the differences of filters, our company can provide three kinds of optional filters with different material, filtering accuracy and filtering efficiency. 1、Single and multiple filament filter bag The bag is a surface filtration textile structure formed by high temperature to prevent pore expansion during filtration, to ensure absolute filtering accuracy grade, capturing dust on the surface. The bag can be cleaned for application in many times. 2、Needle punched filter bag Based on deep filtering principle, such needle punched filter bag can be used for filter large quantity of solids or soft spawn.100% purified fibers are needle punched to 3-D filtering layer. Big grain particle are captured on the surface and small grain particle are captured in the deep structure. The filtering accuracy is from1~220μm. The needle punched filter bag features low cost, big filtering area and small pressure difference. It is an economical filtration mode. The surface of needle punched filter bag is particularly to ensure no fiber dropping. But such bag cannot be washed for further use. 3、Fused non-woven fabric filter bag The fused filter bag is a kind of non-woven fabric filter element composed of multiple layers of Polypropylene. The inner layer is needle punched Polypropylene fabrics for primary filtration, the middle layer is composed of Polypropylene micro-fabrics fused non-woven fabrics with filtering accuracy for 1~100μm, filtering efficiency for 98%. The external layer is composed of polypropylene adhesion fabrics with functions of high strength without fiber dropping. Filtration reaches 1,3,5,25,50 and 100μm respectively. ■Denotation of bag filters
